But the Lord said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
(1 Samuel 16:7)
We have no idea what a person is thinking or what a person has gone through. Some people who are shy may come across as a snob. Some people who are passive may look as if they are weak. Just because a person may have purple hair does not mean they are a bad person. Only God truly knows each one of us. He looks at our heart, the real us.
