...So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus. But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shouted. Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. “You have so little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?” (Matthew 14:29-31)
We are not to doubt God. We have to have faith to succeed in living in the abundant life Christ died to give us. This scripture tells us who Jesus is. When Peter became terrified and shouted to Jesus, Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. He didn't let Peter go under. He was right there ready to save him. Jesus is right here for you right now, ready to save you! Ask Him, He will reach out and grab you to keep you from going under!
